Hi! You need to read your bios chip using hardware SPI programmer (read the first page of this thread) . Your bios dump not correct. File bios dump from Lenovo ThinkPad L440 must have size 8 193 KB. You need to read your bios dump from your bios chip again, may be multiple times and compare in any hex editor (for example HxD), all dumps should be identical. If you will meet with some problems with read bios dump from your bios chip, then try to use different software version.
