Macbook Pro Mid 2015 w R9 370x / eGPU R9 390 How to Setup?

  Turbo Boost up to 3.7GHz
  16GB 1600MHz memory
  512GB PCIe-based flash storage1
  Intel Iris Pro Graphics
  AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2GB GDDR5 memory

• I just bought a MSI Radeon R9 390 plus an Akitio Thunderbox 2 as well, and trying to figure out how to set it up. I bought both from Amazon and will be here sometime next week.

I am just trying to figure out where the barrel plug goes in all this. As in connector goes to the PSU and the back of the Akitio has a barrel hole that I stick the plug into and thats it?

 

Also I am not good at soldering as I have zero experience in it so I was wondering where could I just buy one unless its idiot proof?

 

Also I heard from another member I need a 24pin connector where could I get one of those? Or does my PSU that I bought already have it.

 

I'm new to GPU building.
