If it's dell/alienware, try finding the oem driver for the machine it normally comes installed in. Either that or mod the inf to match the hw id. If you can't find nv_dispi.inf, look for "nvts.inf", "nv_dispwi.inf", or "nv4_dispi.inf" instead. Part I Copy the following: NVIDIA_DEV.119E = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M" NVIDIA_DEV.119F = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M" Paste into strings section of nv_dispi.inf Part II Copy: %NVIDIA_DEV.119E% = Section102, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_119E %NVIDIA_DEV.119F% = Section002, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_119F In nv_dispi.inf search: NTamd64.6.1 And paste what you get in that section.
