Clock and voltage inconsistencies while OC'ing

I currently have my 980M clocked to 1261MHz @ 1.075v using the svl7 vBIOS. The reported clock is 1260.5MHz while the reported stock clock for the vBIOS I am using is 1201.9MHz.

Now, if I bump it to 1.081v the reported stock clock is now 1202.9MHz while my OC is reporting 1260.1MHz.

I am kinda confused as to what's the correct speed reporting.
