Lucius_Darx Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 hi everybody, i have the m18x r1 with an i7 2920xm and 7970m CF. now i have the problem that my cpu temps are jumping and so is the fan when i do for example the CPU stresstest in PC Checkup. the temps are jumping from 60 to 90 C and back in less then 3 secs...dont know if thats normal or the sensors broken? cleaned it up just a few days ago and thermal paste is also pretty new... bios unlocked A05 im from germany so excuse bad english thx for any help! Lucius_Darx Posted May 22, 2015 Author Share Posted May 22, 2015 So i found the solution Mosel, at least one of them should be:I cleaned the cpu, even the little contacts on the UPPER side and changed the mobo, in effect one of those things should done it...
