He put the password on it and now he cant`t remember it because he wasn`t using it for long time. I`ve extracted bios dump with eeprom programmator and there is two .bin files ( dual bios chip ) : first one is 4 mb - winbond w25q32bvsig and the second one is 2 mb - winbond w25q16cvsig.
