Gamester3333 Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 I noticed that in windows 8, my MSI GT70-2OD does not charge if the battery is above 90% when i plug it in. I think this is by design, because I also have a fujitsu tablet with windows 7, and it's always refused to charge either of the batteries if they are above 90% respectively. It wears down the battery faster if you charge it starting at 90%. Now, if it will not charge up past 95% at all, drain the battery all the way down, and then charge it all the way up again, and then drain it all the way down once more to calibrate it.
