bjorneoen Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 Hey! Got a MSI GE 60 0NC that i bought last summer, and i've started getting som problems with the battery.. Some times when im unplugged and using the battery, it says in windows that i got 30% left and suddenly the screen goes black and the computer turns off, and when i turn it on again with power connected, then it says that the battery is empty.. This often happens if i'm a bit low on battery and then puts the computer into hibernate mode and when i then opens the computer to reactivate from hibernate, then i dont get any low battery warning and it suddenly turns of. It's really annoying and irriitating! Someone got any similar problems? Maybe i need to change battery? My computer came with win 7 out of box, and im now running windows 8, can this be a windows fault, that it shows wrong amount of power available? Inches Posted March 11, 2014 Share Posted March 11, 2014 It may be a setting in your power profile to hibernate the computer at a certain battery percentage.
