Does anyone know why when i try to upgrade the bios on my laptop, the one directly from the lenovo website when i try to click on it and install it it says I cant get any bios to update at all im running windows 7 64 bit do i need to upgrade to windows 8?

IHISI: get support mode fail in SMI!
