Luciano Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 I have been playing Genshin Impact on my PC for the past few days now. But now there is a problem while playing the game. After a few minutes of the gameplay, the game is crashing and freezing. I checked the my PC, if there is need any update. But all are well. Then I dont know what could be the reason. Luciano Posted May 11 Author Share Posted May 11 After not getting any response, I started searching on Google and came across this useful guide. I followed a few methods from there. Finally the task that helped to solve the issue, Installing the Visual C++ Redistributables. After installing this application, I played the game for an hour and the game did not crash and freeze any way. Let see what happen after a long time to play the game.
