Keejteej Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 My now 2 year or so old laptop is having issues with the keyboard, well has been for some time. A variety of keys work such as ESC, F7, F8 NUMPAD+- and various others, but pretty much all typing keys do not work and the Fn key. I recently tried a clean win 10 install, plus updated to Hotkey 8.0.150. This enabled me to set the backlight, though I cannot control it via keys. Is this probably just the keyboard dying (Nothing has been spilt on it and i removed to check connections and clean), or is there maybe something I can try to correct this. I have no trouble when connecting external USB keyboard, just the actual laptop one.
