clark97 Posted November 12, 2016 Share Posted November 12, 2016 (edited) Do PC Specialist not want to sell any Laptops, with tech support like theirs they shouldn't. I bought one of their gaming laptops second hand and it had prema bios installed, the warranty is in my name and they pretty much refuse to let me have the latest official bios. As my backlit keyboard is refusing to work I'd like an official bios just to prove whats at fault. There tech support has to be the worst I've ever come across taking 2 days to reply to emails and I would seriously recommend that if you want a gaming laptop you stay well clear of them. All they do is send links to the new hotkey win10 app which is installed but won't switch on the keyboard lighting. If anyone else has any suggestions for my problem please reply as I've given up on them now and will NEVER have another computer of theirs.
