  1. Possibly these are crazy questions, anyway... 1. Is it possible to connect eGPU and laptop's LCD with DVI cable and make it...you know, loop data transferring? Use internal lcd as external. 2. How about upgrade an expresscard slot (for example, find a newer laptop model for parts with 2.0 slot)? Is this possible or do I need to replace whole motherboard to upgrade it?
  2. It was set to Balanced, I changed it to High Performance. Then I decided to check BIOS settings to see if something is limitating my CPU. I found only Virtualization was Disabled in "CPU features", so I enabled this. This is ridiculous, but my score became even lower now: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti video card benchmark result - Intel Core i5-520M Processor,FUJITSU FJNB204 P.S. THe score shows "Non-default settings were used" but I didn't change anything, it's not allowed to change settings in 3dmark06. The resolution is 1280x800
  3. I already tweaked the physx but didn't notice improvements. My 3dmark06 score is 11500. I found a similar system in the leaderboard here it is: 14" Lenovo_Y460 i5-520M 2.4 4.0 [email protected] Mjolner Y HM55 EC Win7/64 He's got 13500 points. Can't figure where I lost 2000 points... So for now I have PCIE 1.1 x16 @ x1 1.1 in GPU-Z. Could anybody confirm that it is possible to achieve x1.2opt? I'd be glad of any performance increasing.
  4. - - - Updated - - - It's Intel i5 520m. Btw, I tested BF3, it's 30 fps with ultra settings. So..I guess everything works properly. I can switch between High Performance and old graphics in Nvidia Control panel, it's now on Auto-select. Does it mean optimus is working?
  5. Tried this SW1 - 2 and SW2 - 3. Now when I turn lapptop the Red light turns off so I have only green and yellow. But the device still not detects.
  6. Hi everyone! Got new pe4l 2.1b today, now I'm stucked on making my Lifebook T900 detect it. If someone could help, here's what I have: 1. HIPRO 500w PSU 2. GTX 560 3.pe4l 2.1b This is what I've done: 1. Connected PSU and p3mn. 2. Connected two 6-pin PSU wires to the graphic card. 3. Connected 4-pin floppy and 2-pin wires to PE4L 4. Turned PSU on (all fans start spinning). Green and Red lights turned on (probably the yellow turned too, it's hard to see it) 5. Turned T900 on Then nothing happens. Nothing pop's up and nothing appears in device manager. When I try to install nvidia drivers it tells me I don't have any compatible device. All I noticed is when I pull out express card the Red light turns off. I checked BIOS and haven't found anything about express card. By the way, I didn't touch those two switches on PE4L, probably I missed something? Help please.
