Please can you describe exactly what the problem? MSI never use any whitelist in they bios.

No, your RAM works correctly, it's DDR3  - double-data-rate, some utility showing it as half frequency and you should to multiply it by 2, for example 800x2=1600.

Unfortunately unlocked bios can't help you with "Auto reboot (Intel Power Cycle) counts=". In your case you need to repair laptop use hardware SPI programmer.
