I already tried to remove the whitelist for displays but had no success.

    Hi!

Have you already replaced your display with a new one? And what is the problem now with the new display?

Everytime I start the T450s I get the 5 beeps-5 beeps error and disabling the TPM security chip in bios does NOT solve this error. Does this problem exist with your modded bios too?

No. With my unlock you don't get the 5 beeps-5 beeps error.

    Dear Klem,

I recently acquired a Lenovo T440P, and would appreciate if you could help me get the WLAN whitelist removed, as well as the Advanced Menu unlocked.

I used a SPI programmer CH341A to dump my BIOS from W25Q32.V chip.

    Bios Version : 2.54

Thanks, and I appreciate any help!

Hi Klem thanks so much for volunteering your time to provide this awesome service.

Like everybody else, I want every unlockable menu (advanced, vbios, overclock etc) unlocked and the whitelist removed. Here's my link: https://www.sendspace.com/file/3h3vh5

Also I've been out of this for a few years, if you could give detailed instructions for how to flash my bios (including any custom tools needed to bypass security checks for example) that'd be very highly appreciated. Thank you so much!!!

Hello and a good day, I have a question regarding the T440p/T540p whitelist removal, if I flash the bios with the withlist removed will the TPM module/security chip still work? Can somemone verify this for me please? If u can enable the TPM module/security chip for bitlocker after the bios flash.

Thank you very much for your help

    Hi!

For T440p - yes, TPM module/Security chip still works after bios unlock (if you choice unlocking method with creating new digital RSA signature).

    But for T540p and T440s - No.

    HI all

I would like to upgrade my bios on my lenovo T430 so I can use different wi-fi card be great if someone can do this,  where do i upload my zipped bios to if this is possible.

    Many thanks Telboy

    Hi!

You can upload your bios dump into any fileserver ( for example https://www.sendspace.com  ) and then post here the link, or send me this link via PM.

Also, for creating bios dump and to flash bios mod, you must use any SPI programmer  (like CH341A programmer) and a SOIC8/SOP8 test clip.

Just read first post of this thread:

The motherboard should be ok. I since managed to get the laptop to boot to Windows but there is no video. I've been attempting to blind flash a stock 980M vBIOS using these instructions,

, but with no luck. It fails everytime. Since I have no video, I enabled logging through nvflash and the error I get everytime in the log file is 'no nvidia display adapter detected'. I also get 2 beeps after Step 9, but according to the instructions it should only beep once when the flash is successful. It seems that the card and the laptop itself are both working there is just some incompatibility some where.

The motherboard itself is working, yes, but I mean that maybe some element on the motherboard is faulty, which giving the supply voltage only to the graphics card. Perhaps that’s why the new video card is not detected by the system, because it does not receive the necessary supply voltage.
