  1. i'm on it.I'd like to send you a test version so we can check some stuff since you have the new SM series but i can't send you a pm until you have 5 posts. Do 5 posts first and pm me
  2. new version is out. It should fix the problem with the app showing in alt-tab when minimized to tray
  3. it should work actually. Try it out. If you're interested in helping out you're more than welcome!
  4. i have confirmed that it works with Payday 2. so far what i can see, the keyboard changes from green to red when you are detected
  5. for those dealing with crashes i've released a new version today that should fix the problem
  6. Ok we'll fix it.but I'll need a bit more from the error message.scroll down and read the rest of you can
  7. new version out: 0.0.5.3: 12/8/13 -replaced colorstrip with an animated alienware style colorwheel -added brightness slider in custom color panel
  8. thing is you can't set separate brightness for each of the keyboard zones. It's a single brightness for the whole thing. So what you're saying only applies if you use the same color for all 3 zones. That aside, i'll incorporate a brightness slider in the custom color panel in the next version.
  9. In a way yes, as long as you don't overdo it. In fact i have used that trick in the alienFX library in the other thread
  10. Brightness is controlled via software, it is defined in an integer scale from 0 to 10. Personally i find it easier to use the keyboard shortcut than having to open a program to do it though
  11. just use 3dmark. Personally i use crysis. That game tends to produce the highest temps for a game
  12. here is a little teaser of what we're working on:
  13. yeah the 3 zones is non negotiable. It's hardware. Colors are probably hardcoded in the EC firmware. It is possible that if Clevo rewrote that part of the firmware to accept proper color codes it would work. Don't see it happening though.
  14. yeah the exhaust vents on p370 are quite restrictive. they've put looks before performance. between the 2 mods, airflow must have increased by at least 20%.
  15. I have the same configuration and i was having heat problems even without overclock due to the very high ambient temperature where i live. One solution is removing the exhaust grilles, it's very easy, no cutting required at all. Or if you want it to look nicer you can do what i did in the pic. Another trick is making a more open fan intake. With those 2 mods i can play crysis at about 85C without putting the fans at full speed. Before the mod i would reach 95C with normal fan speed and about 87C with full speed. With ambient temps at about 35C. It makes a few degrees difference
  16. the first part is in planning the custom coloring i'm afraid isn't going to happen unless Clevo themselves decide to change their implementation
  17. new version: 0.0.5.1: 17/7/13 -Fixed starting with Windows with Administrative rights (You will still need to run the app as Administrator in order to set this option) -Minor fixes in resizing -Fixes in trigger mechanism
  18. thanks for the pointer. I'll do that,I didn't write it literally to begin with. thank you for supporting the community!
  19. it's not yet available mate... patience you're a programmer too? - - - Updated - - - I'll look into it
