    Here is a list of some bugs which are either fixed or targeted for our WHQL driver release in early August:

    -No display on some monitors with Korean panels (Fixed in WHQL driver)

    -TDR after leaving GPU idle for 36 hours (Targeting fix in WHQL driver)

    -Faceworks demo shows DIgital Ira character with yellow beard (Fixed in WHQL driver)

    -If driver without GFE is installed -> over install the driver which has GFE bundled ,uncheck GFE -> driver fails to install (Targeting fix in WHQL driver)

    Here is a list of bugs that are targeted for next major driver branch. I will be continually adding more bugs to this list:

    @Robbo Yes I took the nvwin.inf from that link and also tried the one from laptopvideo2go. It doesn't work. With drive sig enforcement turned off, it fails. That very inf file worked on 320.49, but on 326.19, it fails. Dropped it into display.driver folder, overwrote the existing. No go..

    Regarding your comment, "Perhaps your laptop is the one laptop that can't install modified drivers for some unbeknownst reason." < -- No need for all now.... I've never asked for your help. You jumped in, so simply asked if you've tried it. If it works on YOUR laptop, I'm happy for you. Going forward, no need to help me. I don't need this. I can attack back, but will not do so. It will get nasty.

    Windows 8 GTX 780M installation (Windows 7 skip step 2 and 4).

    1)Enter the A12 unlocked bios [M17x R3] - BIOS A12 'unlocked' & 'SATA tweak' Integrated sound card disabled (After installation try re-enabling IDT - install audio drivers first)>disable the integrated graphics Second Advanced Menu>Video Configuration>disable IGP>set display to PEG>F10 reboot.

    2) Once in windows disable driver signing.

    .1 -Open command prompt (Admin) windows key + X

    .2 -Type "bcdedit /set {current} testsigning yes" (without quotes) enter.

    .3 -"The operation concluded successfully"

    .4 -Type exit> reboot.

    3) Driver installation.

    Download GeForce 331.58 - WHQL Game Ready Driver

    .1 -Install Nvidia driver.

    .2 -extract.

    .3 -Installation failed "No compatible device found">close dialog.

    .4 -Browse the extracted Nvidia folder (C:\Nvidia)>open Display.Driver folder> copy/overwrite with the provided nvdmn.inf file.

    .5 -Run setup.exe within the extracted Nvidia folder. (green icon .exe)

    .6 -Select custom install>Check clean install option.

    .7 -Reboot.

    Modded nvdmn.inf (unzip) nvdmn.inf_M17XR2_R3_R4_ 3D _M18XR1_R2 Nvidia GTX 680M _780M_v331.58

    4) Exit windows 8 test mode.

    .1 -Again open command prompt (Admin).

    .2 -Type "bcdedit /set {current} testsigning no" enter.

    .3 -Type exit>reboot.

    For drivers, extract using 7-Zip (v9.25 x64) NVIDIA DRIVERS 326.41BETA Intrnational folder>delete GFExperience / MS.NET folders>copy/paste NVWMI folder from MSI 311.70 driver / International folder.

    Extracted driver>Display.Driver folder> copy/overwrite NVMIn.inf>International folder run setup.exe

    Disable driver signing and enable F8 safe boot option. Command prompt(admin) then reboot.

    bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
    bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

    Exit safe mode / normal boot

    bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions
    bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF

    Well i installed the vbios which installed perfectly fine and then tried to do @J95 suggested however it it wouldnt boot windows so i uninstalled and then installed the laptopvideo2go inf for the 320.20 drivers for the 320.49 drivers and that worked out, also when i set it to +25 mV it wouldn't increase the voltage to that amount

    Windows 8 disable driver signing.

    1) Open command prompt (Admin).

    2) Type "bcdedit /set {current} testsigning yes" (without quotes) enter>reboot.

    3) Install>reboot

    4) Exit test mode "bcdedit /set {current} testsigning no" reboot.

    Download/Install NVIDIA DRIVERS 320.49WHQL >Instalation failed>close dialog>Browse C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\320.49\Win8_WinVista_Win7_64\International\Display.Driver folder>Copy/overwrite w/ nvcvn.inf>Run setup.exe \International\ folder.

    Edit: @CACV @Killerinstinct Install v320.49 drivers. Don't install v326.01 it breaks NV Inspector.

    yes, but my gt70 2OD uses the HD4600 Intel card for all, the 780m only runs in games, but, i flash correctly the mod.rom the only problem is that my card say's "Microsoft display adapter" with the moded.rom, now i return to default .rom and install without problems the drivers, thanks for the help!

    M17x R3 GPU upgrade to gtx 780m

    I did install the unlocked bios A12 for the R3, manage to find the video config options, and i did disable the integrated GPU (didn't touch any other settings).

    I reinstalled the 780m, got pass the boot screen onto the screen where windows 7 loads( the windows 7 animation) then no login screen or anything, my whole screen is just showing different colours or sometimes just white, then a beeeep, then it restart (or crashes not sure, no BSOD).

    I think everyone missed this part. Power on>F12>Select System Check>Report back.
