Lenovo B590 WLAN Whitelist remove

Hi! I'm in a similar situation where I want to replace the Wi-Fi card on a Lenovo B590, but it doesn't meet the whitelist. My BIOS version is H9ET92WW(1.29). Would you mind modifying my BIOS and if so, how exactly do I make a BIOS backup for modification? I've already downloaded Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit 2.0 as well as a version of fptw.exe which works on this machine. Thanks!
