  1. I just tried the 13.2B4 drivers and they do the same thing. AMD's driver support is pretty bad.
  2. I believe I did try them at one point. They haven't been updated since 01NOV.
  3. This has to be a driver issue I am having. I have tried 5 different sets of drivers, with varying results. The worst are the non-beta drivers. When I open up Firefox I get little colored block on different parts of the browser windows. I even tried a mild O/C(900Mhz/1250Mhz) and it netted zero change.
  4. I tried the 13.2 Beta 3 drivers today and I still can't get above 10k. Something is completely wrong here. *Edit* I got the vBIOS flashed and still no change.
  5. I made a Win 98 USB stick to boot into DOS. I read on here that just going to the cmd prompt from the recovery console isn't the same. I printed out the vBIOS guide you made. From the cmd prompt I typed: atiflash -i, so I could get the list of adapters and it says there are none. When I typed: atiflash -cb 0, it says there is an error(I didn't write it down) that the file is bad. I downloaded it again and same error. This is all done on a Win 8 Pro install. The 3DMark scores are the same, sub-10k, on a clean Win 8 install I did on a spare drive.
  6. I tried upgrading the vBIOS and I get an error saying there is no adapter. Anyone know what is causing this?
  7. I tried doing this vbios upgrade and when I enter, atiflash -i, it says there is no adapter. How do I fix that?
  8. This is the error report. I am on Win 8 and the stock drivers won't run 3D Mark.Report.txt
  9. I got the driver from amd.com. At the end of the install it says that the driver was installed with errors. When I look at the error log I see the HDMI section says it failed to install. At the bottom of the log it says the package identifier is missing. - - - Updated - - - I got the driver from amd.com. At the end of the install it says that the driver was installed with errors. 10. I get 10k and no HDMI sound. The driver fails to install on any of the drivers I have tried.
  11. I did a clean re-install on an old SSD to try the 13.1 drivers by themselves, same result.
  12. Yes. The sound works too. One of the errors says it failed to install the HDMI audio driver.
  13. The 12.11 beta driver works with errors, the 13.1 driver doesn't install period, and the 13.2 beta driver install with errors. How do I get rid of all the bits and pieces of the old drivers? I think that is what is causing the issues.
  14. I am having trouble with them. I get an error that says the driver identifier is missing and the driver doesn't get installed. Edit: The old beta driver is working now. I am seeing 12.5k on just the GPU. The new 13.1 driver still gives the error.
  15. I think it was in Stealth mode. Look at this log file. It still only hit 10k on just the GPU score. GPU-Z Sensor Log.txt
  16. Okay here are the two log files. GPU-Z Sensor Log.txt 2013-01-15.txt
  17. No joy on any of that. It's set to hi-pro and Power Play is on. Where is the stealth mode? Would the power brick be causing this?
  18. @svl7 Do you think this is an driver issue? It runs rather cool, I'm not complaining: idle 40C and after running 3DMark 57C. Also I appreciate the help and this guide. Anyone that buys the Eurocom card should note that the shoulder type screws that area holding the OEM backing plate down will not work with the X bracket that comes with the Eurocom card. The posts have a smaller thread, looks to be a #2-56 vs #4. I took the C clips off the screws and used the screws that came with the Eurocom kit.
  19. I talked to Dell today and the 370 and 380 are physically different.
