Hello everyone! I am new to this website and am seeking some advice.. I just recently started using Windows 10 on my Lenovo laptop. But after upgrading Windows MS Office Word program crashes frequently when I am opening .docx extension file. Error message: Word cannot open this document template. Is there another way to open the file? Any suggestions ideas would be great.
