I have a M17x R4 with A13 but I'd rather not test unknown builds on it.

No only suited for UEFI, without unlocked +135 limit.
So how would I get a vBIOS that would work with UEFI and have the unlocked limit? Cause right now I have two choices... No UEFI Support but unlocked limit or UEFI Support but with limit.

In this case, you can use this link:
I'm confused. So that vBIOS is suited for UEFI and unlocked at the same time to rid of the +135 limit?

vBIOS for your card you can download from this thread:
There was apparently two diffirence vBIOS's shipped with the Alienware M17x R4, one suited for UEFI and the other for Legacy.
Or atleast that's how I understand it. Could it be the one from the thread you linked be not compatible with UEFI?

Hi!
ACER V3 772G ?
Alienware M17x R4 with a 660M, I been looking around and didn't think I really needed a new thread to reach out to you.

@KlemCould I request for the vBIOS on my 660M to be modified?
-
So.. I can't request @slv7 to modify my vBIOS anymore, could i?

This isn't needed for systems that shipping with Windows 8/8.1 from the factory, right?

Do the modified 660M vBIOS's from the original post work with the on the M17x R4?
It does say Dell on the file name but I'd like to confirm.

Not quite sure how to search threads for keywords so I do apologize if this was answered before.
But is there any unlocked versions for the A13 and A12 BIOS?
