  1. Hey, If you don't want to mess with adapters just buy the cable outright. https://www.amazon.ca/Fosmon-DisplayPort-ThunderBolt-Compatible-Adapter/dp/B007RQ3J7G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479757107&sr=8-1&keywords=hdmi+to+mini+display+port
  2. How do you do that? I'm stuck at step 4 & 5, unsure what to do. Edit: I was able to load new dsdt file with the compiler and now have large memory.
  3. Hey everyone, following the steps in the video I make it near the end without any errors but for some reason I am unable to load the new DSDT file. Edit: the .aml file had to be in the same folder as the compiler for the command to go through.
  4. Hi guys, I'm trying to run something similar to @Barzenberg but I get no output on my external monitor after restarting. The monitor isn't even recognized as another display on the mac. The system report doesn't list the GTX 1070 under Graphics/Displays, just the name Display. @goalque Did I do something wrong with running your script? See attached pic Specs for reference: Mid 2012 15" MBP i7 Akitio Thunder2 500W PSU Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070 LG 34" Monitor
