I would like to ask what is the best wifi card to this model without any modification, 7260N? And also similar question wit wwan card (european frequency) ?

Don't know about wifi card, but for wwan card you can take a look at this http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04123334.pdf?ver=20

Mine is UN2430 (Sierra/Gobi3000) and works perfectly well on Windows 10. It's only $12.5 on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/131863483792?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

edit: this one looks good, comes with 4G/LTE (lt4111/Gobi5000) http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Sierra-wireless-AirPrime-EM7355-4G-lt4111-LTE-EV-DO-HSPA-GOBI5000-GOBI-5000-for-HP-704030/32715423897.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.2.VmBxcJ&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_8,searchweb201602_1_10057_10056_10037_10055_10054_301_10059_10033_10058_10032_10017_10060_10061_10052_414_10062_10053_413_10050_10051,searchweb201603_1&btsid=d61fbef8-924a-4e55-9791-ef8d889b1a80

  2. Hi yes it is un2430. Finally, I don't know why, I just unplug and replug the cable and then it showed up on device manager. I'm using windows 8.1 driver.

What more interesting is, I reinstall my Windows 10 (latest anniversary ISO) and then windows detect the card automatically when I setting up user account (before login to windows for the first time)!

Hello, today I got hit by 2 strange problems. On the same day my audio and power button stopped working. Power button doesn't react to commands, inside the windows, and it doesn't start the laptop itself. What I noticed, that the laptop starts to boot once I insert the power source (battery or the plug) is it expected, or the button is stuck in the ON position? For audio, it just disappeared, device is detected using windows or Linux, but no audio can be heard using speakers, or the headphones. Any ideas?

Maybe you can update the Bios? or perform a hard reset: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c01684768

I'm planning this upgrade too. In my opinion, that means the SATA version of the dvd itself, not the port on the motherboard. HP2570p uses a QM77 board which support at least 2xSATA II device

Sorry I don't get it, so it means ODD interface is SATA II while primary HDD interface is SATA III?

I bought the Caddy at AliExpress (waiting for delivery), it says "SATA for HDD and SATA 3 for motherboard" (number 3 and 4):
