I updated to BIOS 300 from support.asus.com and use the latest GPU-Z to extract vbios.
Thanks I updated the bios and it worked through gpuz that way.
@Klem Could you unlock my vbios also please? It is the same as arden but 3gb 970m. Here is the bios file:

How were you able to save the vbios? I have the same laptop but with 3gb 970m and I wanted to flash it as well but can't figure out how to save the vbios. I tried gpuz and nvflash.

I think that you can try use mnvflash from the first post of this thread. Also you can try uninstall NVIDIA drivers, reboot and then try use GPU-Z.
I tried to download but it says I don't have the proper credentials to access the download

Ok. Is there a guide I can follow to get the bios from my 970m so I can save it? I tried nvflash but it didn't work. Maybe I did it wrong. And gpu-z can't access it.

Hello I have just purchased an Asus GL502VT-BSI7N27 with a gtx 970m. I wanted to mod the vbios so I can go past 135mhz core clock. I've modded vbios before on many desktop gpu's. I can't save the bios with gpu-z and I tried it with nvflash and it crashed my driver causing me to need to reinstall the nvidia driver. I see the prema mod has a different model asus laptop with 970m modded bios. Could I use that same vbios for my 970m? Mine is a bga soldered onto the motherboard. The bios version shown in gpu-z is 84.04.92.00.1F Thanks. @Klem @Prema

I was able to flash the bios but I am still locked at +135mhz core and voltage is still only adjustable by +25 in nvidia inspector. I tried afterburner and same thing still only goes up to +135mhz core.
