    Hi, this is my first post in this forum so i hope it's in the right place I want to get an egpu set up going and here are the parts i want to get Nvidia GTX 970 - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NOP536Y EXP GDC Beast v8 - http://www.gearbest.com/laptop-accessories/pp_229101.html and a psu - still not decided. The Beast will be attached via Mini PCI-E. My Laptop specs are: Intel Core i7 3667u/HM77 @ 2.0GHz and up to 3.1GHz with turbo boost. Intel HD 400 8GB RAM 500GB SDD 1TB HDD I Will be attaching the GTX 970 to my 1080p BENQ monitor. So my question is: Is this set up reasonable? How high will the performance loss be? And will i need any extra software or hardware? And how could this be improved? Thanks
