Hello, I've just discover this forum, thanks for sharing so much informations. So I'm thinking about buying an eGPU for my MBP 15 i7 with an M370X dGPU, I'm now using it with a Asus 4K screen , but it seems to be not enough power for driving a 4K screen , when I plug the screen my mac start to be slow, event for browsing on chrome... I use a lot Premiere , and spend also some time to do 3D design with Solidworks and 3DsMax on Windows 8.1 (for now with VirtualBox or Parrallels ). I have some questions : the macbook pro with a dGPU work with an eGPU ? Is it possible to put a second 4K screen ? What good graphic card will do the job ? for rendering video and 3D, no gaming.
