so if i buy that V8.0 EXP GDC Beast Laptop External Independent Video Card Dock which hook directly into the alien wear expansion slot that is on the right handed side of the laptop it will not work? so are these adapters a scam?

OK I was thinking about doing the E-GPU idea with a Alienware Mx17 R2 and my friend was going to do it with a Alienware Mx18 R1. we both are going to buy a product like http://www.ebay.com/itm/V8-0-EXP-GDC-Beast-Laptop-External-Independent-Video-Card-Dock-Expresscard-Vers-/172009971155?hash=item280c97ddd3:g:lxQAAOSwbdpWUG2R a E-GPU adapter. we were wondering if you know if the pci/mini pci was compable in running one of these devices. i think the mci/pci port i would have to access would have to disconnect the WiFi card to use it. and its under the keyboard if it is possible i would cut a hole and run the wire from inside the laptop to out side to have easy access.
