Hi, new Alienware user here.It seems that I can't unlock my bios. I downloaded this M17x R3 - BIOS A12 [unlocked] [sATA tweak] from the website and when I run it i get these errors: IHISI: Get support mode fail in SMI! Click OK... BIOS did not support InsydeFlash! Click OK... IHISI: flash complete error in SMI! what can I do? please help me. My laptop is Alienware 17 R3.
