I have a variant of the Clevo W230SS machine.
Info: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Clevo-W230SS-Schenker-XMG-P304-Barebones-Notebook.113676.0.html
And i have been thinking about buying the V2.0 EXP GDC Beast external graphics card dock: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181943864835
But can my laptop use it?
According to the latest version of HWiNFO64, the motherboard of this machine has the following slots:
Motherboard Slots: 2xPCI Express x1, 1xPCI Express x16
The x16 slot has the following info:
Slot Designation: J6B2 Slot Type: PCI Express Slot Usage: In use Slot Data Bus Width: 16x / x16 Slot Length: Long
Here's a picture of the insides of my machine, with the names of the slots written:
full picture: http://0o2471.net/64088
The names of the slots:
14023 E13: Currently occupied by mSATA SSD 14023 E13: Currently occupied by mSATA SSD 14176 E4K: Currently occupied by WiFi card (7260HMW)
Info on the WiFi card: https://wikidevi.com/wiki/Intel_Dual_Band_Wireless-AC_7260_(7260HMW)
Is the x16 slot the slot currently occupied by the WiFi card?
Any opinions on why/why not this laptop can use the external dock?
And what graphics card should i get without bottlenecking?
Attached to this post is a .zip file with the complete HWinfo64 report in html format.
Thanks in advance.

@Khenglish
According to Oculus:
"GPUs below Nvidia GTX 600 series or AMD Radeon HD 7000 series are not supported. In addition, laptops typically are not supported well or at all (especially if they include Nvidia Optimus or AMD Switchable Graphics)."
So i'll need a desktop graphics card anyways.
How would a "EVGA GF GTX 750TI SC 2GB DDR5 PCI-E" perform with 1x 2.0?
Similar to the performance of my current 860m?
Any other cards i should get instead? (i can buy used too)
Thanks so much for your help.
