Hi, This is a great site, most problems are solved. Just registered and would need help on this topic. I've got MSI GT70. Originally come with GTX 675 and now upgraded to GTX880, but windows recognizes it as default, basic video adapter. Using win10 64bit. Currently have bios E1762IMS.50U (2012). My product id is: Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1198&SUBSYS_05AA1462&REV_A1\4&31a1af22&0&0008 Please help, trying to solve this issue for days now, but no luck!

Hi, J95, amazing brain you've got, it's great that you're helping others! I've got an MSI GT70. It has originally come with GTX675, but now upgraded to GTX880. Windows recognises it as basic display adapter. my device id is: \VEN_10DE&DEV_1198&SUBSYS_05AA1462&REV_A1\4&31a1af22&0&0008 Operation system is Win10, 64bit bios version: E1762IMS.50N (28/09/2012) Would I need to update Bios? If so, where can I find the latest one? Found one, but not sure if it's the right one. Created a bootable USB drive using rufus, set device priority, but doesn't seem to boot from it, it boots into windows. If you got the time and patience please help. Thanks
