Hi, i have a notebook li3710 and a PE4C V2.1 with radeon r7 250 and a vultech gs-500w pro and an external asus monitor connected via vga. When i try to start the notebook with PE4C V2.1 attached the asus and notebook monitor remain black. Could you help me to solve the problem?
