eGPU experiences [version 2.0]

Hi, I have the lenovo G570 (4334) i5 2410M. I've already got 8GB RAM and replaced the main HDD with a SSD. I've even been able to run some demanding games (like GTA V, civ beyond earth) without major issues but want to be able to push the graphics a bit more. I'm wondering if anyone has had any success in running an eGPU in this laptop? Thanks Bert
