Thanks! Im planning to replace my CPU to Xeon E3-1231, will this BIOS support for the turbo to 3.8Ghz with 4 cores?

Im using a brand new p750zm model and just flashed the premamod bios using P75xZM_37_34_PM_v1.rar How can I overclock the CPU just like desktops, I mean OC configured in BIOS but not by XTU? Ive tried with a Pentium G3258, but I just dont get it The NON TURBO RATIO OVERRIDE in ADVANCED configuration can only adjust between 8-32, which is the default multiplier range of the CPU(I didnt do anything but turning off the turbo mode). How do I have to configure the overclocking? thanks a lot:)
