  1. I'm getting error 43, anyone know how to fix this? Sometimes I can get the card to say working properly in device manager but there is nothing going into my moniter. Everytime I disable my dgpu and restart, it enables itself and whenever I install a Nvidia driver, it enables the on board 770m.

  2. Unfortunately I already returned the graphics card when I figured out how to get the blue light to turn on, and yes the mini black and yellow cable is connected. I am going to buy a evga 970 when I get the refund for the 980 however. There is a problem with the akitio box though, I can only get the blue light to turn on when I connect 2 Thunderbolt cables to it, one to my pc and one to my moniter, any reason for that?

    *Edit

I have found out that the blue led did not light up because it needs to be connected via the Thunderbolt cable they included, I was using my own. Just wanted to let you guys know so you don't have the same problem that I did.

  3. Yes the psu is on, the powered riser is turning on the akitio, so there's no need for the akitio psu. Yes I am using the paperclip trick. I need to use the powered riser because my graphics card needs 225 watts. I believe I have found the problem but I don't know how to fix it. The blue led on the akitio is not turning on, therefore indicating that it does not detect the graphics card, in return not giving it power. Does anyone know how to fix that?
