Alienware M15x 770m upgrade need driver help

Yes and I'm not sure why I know you have to mod the drivers I think in order for it to work I just don't know how lol never needed to do that until now -
I just got a 770m for a M15x that I got off of Craigslist and the driver doesn't work I know people had trouble with this before and I've read the forum and tried what they did and I can't figure it out, if anyone could please help me out I'd very much appreciate it thank you
