  1. Hmmmmm....... I seem to be having the same problem as greg. I downloaded 347.52 and 347.71 with the modded inf's from laptopvideo2go but neither would install. Failed the detection step each time. Only 347.12 will work. However, I did get a new score of 7842 in Fire Strike with stock vbios. http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/6117083?
  2. Oh awesome. Mr. Prema sure has thought of everything!
  3. Yeah thanks, that seems to have gotten it going for me. I ran 3DMark Fire Strike and got a score of 1280; not great I take it? Also my CPU turbo was lower than stock..........so that was weird: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor,CLEVO P150EM I'd try going back to stock vbios as you say but it may have slipped my mind to back up my original...........
  4. I went with the 345.20 driver with the modded files: Mr. Fox's GeForce 345.20 Desktop Driver Mod for Alienware and Clevo Mobile GPUs | NotebookReview Here you go: I went into Nvidia control panel and set it to enable if I started Steam just as a test. Nothing happened, just stayed on integrated intel....
  5. Ah yes, it would seem that it my haste to get this done I copied over the mod files while they were still zipped. Anyway, I got the driver installed. Device manager now shows 980m. So how do I get it to start working? I disabled intel graphics but the 980 didn't take over. Device manager claims it's working properly.......
  6. Right so I decided to try Mr. Fox's latest over at notebookreview but I am greeted with this: Why can't things ever be easy?
  7. OK guys, so I've flashed in prema's bios AND the 980 vbios. What should my next step be? The bios shows no card, what's up with that? The flashing went fine as you can see: Before After Should I be applying a driver now?
  8. No, just bios files from Prema's site. When I try to extract it just says "wrong password?" after each step. The files appear where I want, but they all show 0KB size. If I try to look at something in the zip file it's the same problem. I get "wrong password?" and nothing opens. I even copy pasted the passwords to double check in case one of my keys was sticking or something. So I definitely entered them right.
  9. premamod.com or biosmods.wordpress.com not working as passwords....... And ideas?
  10. I've heard, but I may as well do everything right if I'm going to do it. So I just need to flash in this bios: https://biosmods.wordpress.com/p150em/ And then this one: https://biosmods.wordpress.com/mxm-vbios/ And then I'm golden, right?
  11. So am I good to go with installing a 980 on my p150em? Bought the 980 from Rjtech for Christmas and I have just been waiting for the the mods to be fully ready.
