Whenever my machine go on battery, It gives me an option to switch graphics and save battery life by pressing Fn+F7 and a reboot is required. When I do the same, nothing happen neither the system asks for reboot. What could be the issue? In BIOS, my machine is only detecting Discreet Graphics. See the attached screenshot.

On the top right corner, volume rocker buttons are not working. Can anyone please help with this issue? I have tried re installing the OSD drivers as well but nothing changed. All others buttons are working fine except Volume Up, Down and Mute.

Hi @umerarain90, welcome to T|I.

Run the FPT tool/DOS version from here bootable usb stick, all files included.

FPT_DOS, copy all files to the root of the USB stick.

Don't flash anything, just run FPT/backup.bat, Ctrl+Alt+Del to exit once finished. So @svl7 can take a look.

Thanks brother but actually I haven't done this before on any machine before. I'll be grateful to you if you can explain me step by step so that I can avoid any wrong step which may brick my machine.
