  1. Thanks to Scracy on the AW18 NBR for turning me on to PrimoCache:69:

I know it's boring but here's a stock Vantage run. Love to get my hands on a modded Vbios to see what this thing can really do:)

  2. Well i got good news and awesome news from my P370SM for which I was a beta tester of Prema's BIOS. Currently my P370SM went to RMA with a damaged EEPROM damaged chip, and is was Sent over 2 months ago. Since Clevo took so long to give me my RMA back they accepted to give me a totally new P370SM instead of my old one with a new chip but I will have to pay the 350€ of the damaged chip But will receive a brand new P370SM with 4800QM, 16GB of ram, 2x 780M, SSD of 256Gb and a Hitachi Disk of 1Tb and à Intel 7240 AC Network card.

So... Good thing I waited for it. Can't wait to have it and get Prema's magic hands on it ehhehe

I'm So happy... Only had My Clevo with me for 4 days and it went to warranty...

  4. I have seen ECs occasionally just "hanging up" and not switching FANs properly, so I would only worry if it happens again...also better use something like Throttlestop to monitor temps.

God damn.. I'm really out of luck.. Clevo Sent me the laptop and still it hasn't arrived.. I miss your work and magic xD

  5. Is there a way to remove the windows watermark on the bottom right. I think it is from the BIOS settings.

Windows boot manager is your Win 8.x UEFI installation.

If it says "secure boot not configured", then secure boot is not configured. ;)

We install the secure boot keys by setting “Security” > “Secure Boot Mode” to “custom” and then install the keys in the “key Management” tab. After that you can enable it and the watermark will be gone.

    My bad :P

Windows shows a watermark when you try to validate it with a pirated Key.. Thought he meant that one lol

dre dre can you post your findings on where you heard they were being discontinued? edit: oh shit, you wernt kidding. i went to sagers site and they dont even list the NP9380 or 9390 AT ALL!

the 880m isnt a big overhaul form the 780m. i already surpassed the 880m with my OC setup.

imho i dont think its worth upgrading from the 780m sli to 880m sli.

if anyone can give me good reason to do so i would love to hear it

    GeForce GTX 880M SLI 3072 @ 954MHz 256 Bit @ 5000MHz

    GeForce GTX 780M SLI 3072 @ 823MHz 256 Bit @ 5000MHz

And i have a 780M SLI system.. Was considering the 880M SLI setup.. After seeing the low differences I think I'm going to OC my setup and forget the dual 880M's

  7. Got an answer from the store and gave them my full address to pickup the laptop. RMA it is... and they advised me to flash this custom BIOS (Prema's) to enjoy the laptop to its maximum... simply it is weird because they said more clients told that the BIOS flashed pretty well and i was the only one who had trouble with it... Serious business hahaha :D

  8. @joluke yeah, hundreds are already using the new P37xSM Mod without a problem and so far I heard of only two cases incl. You who had difficulties.

I tried all day to brick a system, but I am unable to replicate the scenario...comparing component configurations atm...

On a side note: In case your re-seller acts up on you we can always recover any system by sending you a fresh chip (provided it's a BIOS/ME and not an EC or hardware issue). :)

And it's weird but I suspect one of the graphic cards is dead...

Since it is on warranty, I'm gone drop it in the store, still waiting for an answer from them. Thanks a lot my friend, I'll keep you updated.

  9. @joluke I sent you an email, I have some time now...since a few different user tested the same Mod and others are using it without problems...let's see if we can find out how your configuration is different and nail it down!!! :)

You are really a great guy! :D

Thanks a lot for your help. I'm having dinner, in one hour I'll give you feedback on this matter
