Hello guys, I see you playing with MSRs and PCI BARs, so maybe you can help me. I have A10-5750M ES but I think all trinity and richland mobile cpus will have the same problem. So, Im trying to overclock the CPU with CPB and APM disabled, so I'm overclocking the P0 state. But I am experiencing throttling when the voltage gets past Pb1 state. I tested with default CPU multiplier and many many options from the BKDG like LHTC, HTC but still the problem persists. My Pb1 defaults at
[email protected] and boosting the Pb1 voltage is impossible (MSR, PSCheck, OverDrive), but when I undervolt it for example to 1.15 I will get Px throttling @1.15625 Basically if PxVID>Pb1VID=Px throttling The only thing that half-fixes this, is setting D24F3xDC to force the CPU to not drop under P3, but then I have many other problems wiith overclock. Can anyone help?
