Hi, i'm making this post because I need some help with my lenovo. It's a Y500 and all of a sudden it has started refusing to boot up for me. It now stays stuck on the boot up screen and just shows me the lenovo logo without the circle loader. I have tried restarting it a couple times and have tried to use onekey recovery to try to reset it the factory default but when I press the novo button it gives me the same problem where it stays of the lenovo logo. Please respond with suggestions or advice, anything is appreciated.
