    Ah weird. My laptop shipped with A06 and it worked flawlessly (well apart from the stupid broadcom card but that was a known issue and I plug my laptop in anyways). Thanks for your help though!

    I upgraded my AW 17 to the new A07 and it now runs quite a bit hotter than it used to so I was thinking about downgrading, however Dell no longer has a download for the A06 bios. So anyone here have it? Thanks!
