  1. So I bought a MX14 just about a month ago and just recently started having problems with it while gaming. Decided to reformat it after it kept freezing on every log in. But sadly, I don't have the driver disc installation that comes with the MX14 so pretty much I can't do anything atm, can't even go online (Pretty much its a fresh Windows 7 that can't really do anything). I called the support team of Alienware and they said it would be like a $80+ charge to get all the drives if they were to do it, or that I can do it myself with another computer and just save the drives onto a flash drive and transfer it over, but with a risk of frying the mother board. Any suggestions? And if I can download the drives myself, exactly what drives do I need? I looked over Alienware's downloadable drives and they seem to have alot, and I'm not entirely sure which drives I really need. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. My mx14 specs: Intel Core i7 2670QM 2.2GHz (3.1GHz w/Turbo Boost, 6MB Cache) 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600MHz 14.0 HD (720p/1366x768) WLED backlight display and 2.0 MP webcam with digital microphone array 3.0GB DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M using NVIDIA Optimus technology 1TB 5400 RPM SATA Hard Drive 14.0 HD (720p/1366x768) WLED backlight display and 2.0 MP webcam with digital microphone array Slot-Load Dual Layer DVD Burner, DVD+-RW, CD-RW Internal High-Definition 5.1 Surround Sound Audio HELP!!
