Nice, if you are going to cut some holes or modify the backplate you could maybe fit something like a low profile cooler like the SlimHero 56mm tal (136W TDP) or maybe the Noctua NH-L9 37mm tal (65W TDP). That would probably fix all throlttling issues and allow you to run a bit higher clocks also if you can mod the socket to fit.
