leoha
Hi all,Do you know how to emergency recover BIOS in Y510p? I tried to use common method of Insyde BIOS recovery (starting with USB flashdrive).I tried several options (formatting USB drive to different filesystems, using different USB drive sizes, sticking to different USB sockets, using different key-holding Fn-B, Fn-R, Fn-Esc, Win-B... etc, and starting laptop using both PowerOn key and "special" BIOS key on the left) but nothing worked. The filename I used was YX01.BIN (tried different filename extension as well... .rom, .bios, etc). No luck so far - Laptop starts but flashing procedure is not started.Do you have any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks.I found this:1.copy Yx01.bin to U disk root directory(none bootable) .2.shut down and unplug battery and power adapter.3.insert U disk.4.press and hold the Fn+R hotkey.5.plug in the power adapter.6.release Fn+R hotkey.7.boot pc.8.wait...
