I seem to be having this issue with Gsync where for some games they will automatically lock to 24FPS, which is only SOMETIMES fixed by changing from fullscreen to windowed or vice versa. I have it set in the control panel to be for both, yet this keeps happening to me. I have a 980ti, which is fairly new so I wonder if it has anything to do with that. Any ideas?
