GTX 780M SLI Question

Hi guys,

First of all, i searched over the forum but i didnt find any relative post. If it's a double post please guide me at the correct post.

I have a Sager NP9380 - 3D (Clevo P370SM3) with GTX 780M and i want to buy another GTX 780M to SLI them.

Sager asks 700$ for the Card only (fan, heatsink, sli cable and shipping are extra). Its an expensive but safe solution.

I found on the internet some MSI GTX 780M which are way cheaper but here comes the following questions:

1) I know they have to have the same VBIOS, so i will flash them with the unlocked Version and i think they will be fine. Do i have to flash them one by one? I mean do i have to flash the first one, then remove it, plug the second, flash the second and then connect the first = done?

2) I have read somewhere that they have to be identical to run in SLI mode (same model). Same model means --> both GTX 780M? Or something more.

I know that MSI cards works in clevo laptops. If i wanted to upgrade my VGA Card, i would bought it without hesitation. I am just worried about the SLI.
