kageurufu
I'd assume this is applicable to the other ideapad models as well, but here we go.I decided while I was at it removing the whitelist from my bios, I would try to change the logo. I used Andy's Phoenix Tool to extract the bios (no SLIC modding, I run linux anyway), and proceeded to modify the boot images found in the dump. Here are all the files I dumped (with linux file type detection)frank - Pastebin.comFor those curious, these are the files I replaced:0F85BFDB-B54B-4C5E-85E6-6A9419F814F6_2089.ROM12050FC0-F57F-4CF4-ABED-EBDFED4C31E2_2113.ROM156A8FFE-62DB-4FF3-82AD-2EBD8A3E3DF7_2107.ROMCED3B9DD-9430-4008-A056-5A3085B7762B_2014.ROMF333BD43-5C62-4F93-BB9D-0E3AC383917B_2101.ROMFCE82B05-526C-436F-AE1A-93AE757F3E43_2095.ROMThe files in the listing as JPGs are these:http://i.imgur.com/cmgzMrC.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/xieYtYp.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/8DMZgLz.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/aPACR7U.jpgWhen I rebuilt the bios (it was patched with slv's patch tool before I started this) and flashed it, I was able to access the secret bios menus, but it still shows lenovo on boot. Has anyone else tried to change their logo, and know if or what I did wrong? Thanks
