ctsdruid Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 Hi I seem to be having issues oc this laptop with the a8 5550m es.I can oc this chip to 3.7 stable with a cpu volt of 1.2375 but as soon as I push the volts higher for a bigger oc it starts throttling the oc is stable but the throttling forces the cpu down to around 0.9. I also found a post from someone pushing a 4.0 stable oc with 1.267 but anything the 1.2375 just forces the cpu to throttle! I thought that the unlocked bios would perhaps help?
