I guess I didn't really think about this too much, nor can I find the answer I need and I'm being lazy right now sorry. I have a 680m with the modded bios and inf file etc etc. Do I update my drivers? Or just leave? If i update what about the inf file?

Ahha it's been a while ^^ everything's been running 10x better then expected. I can't even tell you how happy I am. Thanks for your help, it's really appreciated. So I guess that means I have to put the inf file back too, right?

Yeah, with every driver release I'll update the corresponding nvdmn.inf, currently v332.21 (previous post) create a restore point before using DDU or manually uninstalling nvidia drivers (Programs and Features) so you can easily restore to the previous version if you're having issues with the current one.
