Hello guys,

I am using Windows 8 64 bit,

when i use the recovery disk first it give me 2 options:

1- Run the program from your hard drive (recommended)

2- Run the program from your system recovery disk

--> I cant change the option 1 , because it says "Recovery Partition Not Found"

Ok, i choose option 2.

Then it let me choose an image to restore to. I choosed the Factory Image.

Now 2 more options avaliable:

1- Factory Refresh - Only restore the system partition and keeps other partitions contents (i cant choose this option, this message appear if i do that: "An error has ocurred, contact Dell"

2- Factory Recovery - Deletes data & resets all partitions

Now i choosed option 2 . It start the restore without giving me option to choose what drive will be the OS drive. I cant choose SSD.

When the restore is over the Operating System Windows 8 is installed in the hard drive.

Here is a video of all the process and the fail:

I dont know how can i restore it to Original factory with OS in SSD.

Maybe something wrong in my A13 Bios setup. Because i installed Windows 7 x64 and the system is entering Blue Screen and reseting, now the laptop cant even load windows , here ive made a video of whats hapenning:

Ive already tried to use windows 8 restore disks with the bios boot options with BOOT LIST OPTION in UEFI and in LEGACY. Both fail.

When i press F12 to choose to boot from restore disks there are 2 options of DVD, one in LEGACY list and one in UEFI list. Ive already tried with this 2 options as well.

Any ideas ?

Thanks !
